Your photos

You keep all rights to the photos you upload and to the staged images you download. Only upload photos you own or have permission to use. We use your photos only to produce your results. We don't sell them, and we process them through a paid AI service whose terms don't allow the provider to use them to improve its models.

Virtual staging disclosure

Staged images show furniture and decor that isn't really in the property. You're responsible for disclosing virtual staging wherever your MLS, listing platform or local law requires it. Downloads include a "Virtually staged" label by default for this reason. Don't use the service to hide defects, alter structural features, or misrepresent a property.

Credits and payments

One credit unlocks one high-resolution (about 2K), unwatermarked download. Photo packs don't expire. Subscription credits are added each billing period and roll over while the subscription is active. You can cancel a subscription at any time from your account; it stays active until the end of the paid period.

Refunds

If a pack isn't working for you and you've used fewer than three of its credits, email us within 14 days and we'll refund it.

Acceptable use

No automated scraping, reselling of access, or attempts to bypass usage limits. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service.

The fine print

AI results vary. The service is provided as is, and our total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before it.
